Order history and service status
In this page you will have access to the complete history of orders and status information reports. In order to export the list of past orders, please see section 2.2.6 Reports.
1) This section contains SLA reports for a given period of time. It contains information about the period, availability, and downtime.
2) List of all requisitions that have been done in your organization. You can reorganize the list by clicking on the column titles (Requisition, Name, Customer Name, etc.).
3) In order to see more details for any given requisition, you can click on the Action button on the right. You will then have access to a summary report of the correspondent requisition, containing the status, initiator customer and cost.
